Paintings 2020-2024
In the last two years I have been channeling Pre Raphaelite ideals to discuss notions of portraiture, body politics, and colonial socio -cultural identity. The paintings in the series are based on paintings I grew up seeing in the collection of El Museo de Ponce in Puerto Rico.
