When tax pirates and unethical developers extract-steal sand (sand dunes) from the coast, they are effectively eliminating tangible eco boundaries. No sand =no more protections under Coastal Zone Management Act.
This a painting about dune restoration and preservation and I have seen this particular dune grow over time.
